Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all site construction activities across multiple disciplines ensuring alignment with project objectives and ADNOC standards
- Oversee and manage all construction activities on behalf of the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for projects executed under Abu Dhabi National Oil Company
- Ensure construction is executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with project specifications, ADNOC standards, contractual requirements, and regulatory obligations
- Act as the key interface between the EPC contractor, client, and other stakeholders to drive successful project delivery in terms of schedule, cost, quality, and HSE performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction within the oil and gas industry with at least 5 years in a lead role on ADNOC or similar Middle East projects
- Strong experience working in PMC roles overseeing large scale EPC projects
- In depth knowledge of ADNOC standards, specifications, and HSE requirements
- Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary construction activities on complex projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and interfaces in a high pressure environment
- Familiarity with project management tools, construction planning, and reporting systems
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are preferred
- Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Objective
- PMC Lead Construction Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing all construction activities on behalf of the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for projects executed under Abu Dhabi National Oil Company.
