- Lead and supervise all offshore commissioning activities across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and process systems
- Ensure implementation of approved commissioning procedures and system completion strategies in line with ADNOC requirements
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, and operations teams for readiness
- Oversee systemization, punch listing, and handover processes
- Monitor EPC contractor commissioning performance
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and safe commissioning practices
- Review and approve commissioning dossiers, method statements, test procedures, and system completion certificates
- Identify commissioning risks and implement mitigation measures
- Interface with operations teams for smooth handover and start up
- Supervise functional testing, loop checks, energization, and start up activities
- Track and report commissioning progress and key milestones
- Support development of integrated commissioning schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Process)
- Minimum 15 years in oil and gas projects
- At least 5 years in commissioning roles on major offshore projects
- Proven experience in PMC roles on ADNOC or similar Middle East offshore developments
- Strong knowledge of commissioning processes including pre commissioning, systemization, testing, and start up
- Familiarity with ADNOC standards, offshore HSE requirements, and permit to work systems
- Experience in SIMOPS and live plant commissioning
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Fluency in English

Job Description
