Responsibilities
- Manage and be accountable for planning and execution of fabrication yard and Islands pre commissioning and commissioning works.
- Directly manage Commissioning Leaders for on island construction and onshore precast and module fabrication.
- Lead the project Commissioning team to support objectives and strategies.
- Champion safety in all construction aspects and promote the safety objective that Nobody gets Hurt.
- Manage Contractor's commissioning planning and execution efforts to ensure compliance with project objectives.
- Establish a commissioning organization to implement project execution plans and procedures.
- Steward the development of an Integrated Safety Plan for commissioning, including SIMOPS.
- Manage interface with ADNOC to execute brownfield works and minimize disruption to ongoing production operations.
- Report commissioning progress, performance, initiatives and issues to the Project Team.
- Lead commissioning planning teams to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities.
- Sponsor commissioning related readiness reviews, workshops and CERs.
- Take a leadership role in mentoring and training UAE Nationals.
Requirements
- Minimum 20 25 years of experience in oil and gas commissioning
- Proven experience in managing commissioning teams and contractor commissioning planning

Job Objective
- The Commissioning Manager is a key member of the Project's management team.
- Directly manages and is accountable for the planning and execution of the fabrication yard and Islands pre commissioning and commissioning works to ensure that the project objectives are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Directly manages Commissioning Leaders for on island construction and onshore precast and module fabrication.
- Lead the project Commissioning team to support the objectives and strategies.

- Manage the project Module Fabrication on Commissioning teams responsible for the planning, development and operations.
- Manage the Contractor's commissioning planning and execution efforts to ensure compliance with project objectives.
- Establish a commissioning organization to implement the project execution plans and procedures and coordinate resourcing.
- Provide execution strategy support to the project Team.
- Ensure that the Contractor and Subcontractors are compliant with project safety expectations.
- Steward the development of an Integrated Safety Plan for commissioning, including SIMOPS for all island and brownfield work.
- Assist in the review and implementation of all Contractor safety plans.
- Steward interfaces and interactions between the Contractor and other project entities, Production Operations, and Drilling.
- Manage the interface with ADNOC to execute brownfield works in order to minimize disruption in ongoing production operations.
