- Manage planning and execution of fabrication yard and Islands pre commissioning and commissioning works
- Champion safety in all construction aspects and promote safety objective
- Manage Contractor’s commissioning planning and execution efforts
- Establish commissioning organization and coordinate resourcing
- Steward development of Integrated Safety Plan for commissioning including SIMOPS
- Manage interface with ADNOC for brownfield works
- Report commissioning progress, performance, initiatives and issues to Project Team
- Lead commissioning planning teams to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities
- Mentor and train UAE Nationals
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 20+ years’ experience within the oil & gas sector
- Commissioning Management experience on large projects
- Master’s degree in management or equivalent (preferred)

Expected Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Master’s degree in management or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum 20+ years’ experience within the oil & gas sector
- Commissioning Management experience on large projects
Job Objective and Responsibilities
- The Commissioning Manager is a key member of the Project's management team.
- Directly manage and be accountable for planning and execution of fabrication yard and Islands pre commissioning and commissioning works.
- Lead the project Commissioning team to support objectives and strategies.
- Champion safety in all construction aspects and promote the safety objective that 'Nobody gets Hurt'.
- Manage Contractor’s commissioning planning and execution efforts.
- Establish a commissioning organization and coordinate resourcing.
- Provide execution strategy support to the project Team.
- Steward development of an Integrated Safety Plan for commissioning, including SIMOPS.
- Manage interface with ADNOC to execute brownfield works.
- Report commissioning progress, performance, initiatives and issues.
- Lead commissioning planning teams to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities.
- Take a leadership role in mentoring and training UAE Nationals.
