Job Overview
The company is seeking an Electrical & Plumbing Technician for building and property maintenance.
The role covers electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work across company buildings and properties.
The position requires independent diagnosis and repair of electrical and plumbing issues.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 2,000 to AED 2,200 per month.
Maintenance Duties
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical and plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults involving lighting, switches, sockets, breakers, distribution boards, wiring, and basic electrical equipment.
- Repair leaks, pipes, valves, taps, toilets, drainage systems, water tanks, pumps, and sanitary fixtures.
- Respond to maintenance requests and electrical or plumbing emergencies.
- Inspect buildings to identify faults, leaks, damage, and maintenance requirements.
- Install, replace, and repair electrical and plumbing fixtures and fittings.
- Troubleshoot water pumps and related equipment.
- Support minor civil and general building maintenance works.
- Coordinate with building management and maintenance personnel.
