Job Summary
Electrical and Plumbing Technician role supporting company buildings and properties.
The technician will independently diagnose and resolve electrical and plumbing issues.
The role requires safe, reliable, and high-quality maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical and plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults involving wiring, distribution boards, breakers, lighting, switches, sockets, and equipment.
- Repair plumbing issues involving leaks, pipes, valves, taps, toilets, drainage, tanks, pumps, and sanitary fixtures.
- Respond to maintenance requests and electrical or plumbing emergencies.
- Inspect properties for faults, leaks, damage, and maintenance needs.
- Install, replace, and repair electrical and plumbing fixtures and fittings.
- Troubleshoot water pumps and related equipment.
- Support minor civil and general building maintenance when required.
- Coordinate with building management and maintenance personnel.
- Maintain records of work, materials, and completed jobs.
- Maintain and safely store tools and equipment.
- Follow company safety procedures and UAE health and safety standards.
