Job Summary
CRM Manager responsible for leading the customer relationship management function across real estate development projects.
The role covers CRM operations, customer lifecycle management, lead management, sales coordination, reporting, and CRM or ERP systems.
The position manages the customer journey from lead generation through booking, handover, and post-sales service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the CRM function across real estate projects from lead generation through post-sales service.
- Develop CRM strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, engagement, and customer experience.
- Manage the lead-to-customer lifecycle and maintain accurate CRM updates.
- Monitor leads from digital marketing, property portals, campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and other channels.
- Establish processes for lead allocation, follow-ups, conversion tracking, and sales coordination.
- Maintain customer, lead, booking, payment, and property information in CRM or ERP systems.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Collections, Legal, and Handover teams.
- Monitor pipelines, conversions, bookings, cancellations, requests, and post-sales activities.
- Prepare CRM reports and dashboards and analyze trends, conversion gaps, and customer behavior.
- Establish KPIs, manage complaints and escalations, and develop SOPs and workflows.
