Job Overview
Carry out electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work across the company's buildings and properties.
Work independently to diagnose and resolve electrical and plumbing issues safely and to a high standard.
Job Details
- Department: Building and Property Maintenance.
- Location: Dubai, UAE.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Work location: In person.
Salary
- Salary is AED 2,000 to AED 2,200 per month.
Maintenance Duties
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical and plumbing systems in company buildings and properties.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults involving lighting, switches, sockets, breakers, distribution boards, wiring, and basic electrical equipment.
- Repair plumbing issues involving leaks, pipes, valves, taps, toilets, drainage systems, water tanks, pumps, and sanitary fixtures.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and electrical or plumbing emergencies.
- Inspect properties to identify potential faults, leaks, damage, and maintenance requirements.
- Install, replace, and repair electrical and plumbing fixtures and fittings.
