Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plumbing systems and equipment.
• Repair and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, pipes, valves, pumps, and sanitary fixtures.
• Respond promptly to plumbing issues in guest rooms, restaurants, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Inspect pipelines, water tanks, pumps, and fixtures for leaks, blockages, and damage.
• Repair and replace faucets, toilets, showers, sinks, valves, and other plumbing components.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they affect hotel operations.
• Maintain proper water pressure and continuous water supply throughout the property.
• Assist with plumbing work during renovations, maintenance projects, and new installations.
• Maintain maintenance records and report major technical issues to the Engineering team.
• Follow safety procedures, hygiene standards, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance team members during daily operations.
• Keep plumbing facilities clean, functional, and reliable to support guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Ability to install, maintain, inspect, and repair plumbing systems in a hotel or resort environment.
• Ability to repair and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, pipes, valves, pumps, and sanitary fixtures.
• Ability to inspect pipelines, water tanks, pumps, and plumbing fixtures for leaks, blockages, and damage.
• Ability to respond promptly to plumbing issues in guest rooms, restaurants, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Ability to maintain water pressure and continuous water supply throughout the property.
• Ability to follow hotel safety procedures, hygiene standards, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ability to maintain maintenance records and report major technical issues to the Engineering team.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering and maintenance team members during daily operations.
