- Demonstrated motivational leadership in athletic, academic, or professional settings
- Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Willing to live in or relocate to Austin, TX

Overview

What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting focused 1:1 coaching sessions that convert your competitive background into concrete, results oriented strategies for student development.
- Directing energizing morning assemblies that activate and unite the entire student community.
- Delivering interactive life skills workshops where you coach students directly through exercises in resilience, leadership, and purposeful goal setting.
- Leading organized afternoon athletic training that embodies championship principles: creating drills, demanding maximum effort, refining technique, and instilling grit and collaboration through sport.
- Engaging proactively with each student across the day: moving through spaces during self directed learning, stepping in to inspire when a student struggles, and seizing moments that catalyze transformative thinking.
Basic Requirements
- We're seeking former elite athletes who have proven themselves at the very top of sport — Olympians, World Champions, pro players in the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, or NHL, or NCAA Division I All Americans.
- Bachelor's degree in any subject.
- Proven experience using sport to mentor and coach life skills.
- Demonstrated motivational leadership in athletic, academic, or professional settings.
- Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Willing to live in or relocate to Austin, TX.

Working with us
- This is a full time (40 hours per week), long term position.
- The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
- The payment period is weekly.
- Requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
