Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production of coating and plating operations
- Plan and schedule production to meet customer delivery requirements
- Operate and oversee mechanical galvanizing, dip spin coating, centrifugal spin coating, zinc flake coating, and PTFE coating processes
- Ensure coating thickness, adhesion, curing, and finish meet specifications
- Monitor curing oven temperatures, coating viscosity, and process parameters
- Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and testing
- Maintain production reports, batch records, and traceability documentation
- Minimize rejects, rework, and production downtime
- Supervise operators, helpers, and maintenance personnel
- Train employees on coating procedures, equipment operation, and safety
- Ensure preventive maintenance of all coating equipment
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in mechanical galvanizing, dip spin coating, centrifugal spin coating, zinc flake coating, and PTFE coating
- Ability to supervise daily production and plan schedules
- Knowledge of coating thickness, adhesion, curing, and finish specifications
- Experience with QA/QC inspections and testing
- Ability to train employees on coating procedures and safety
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance of coating equipment
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards

Position Summary
- The Plating / Coating Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all daily production activities related to mechanical galvanizing, dip spin zinc flake coating, centrifugal spin coating, and PTFE (Teflon) coating.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production of coating and plating operations.
- Plan and schedule production to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Operate and oversee mechanical galvanizing, dip spin coating, centrifugal spin coating, zinc flake coating, and PTFE coating processes.
- Ensure coating thickness, adhesion, curing, and finish meet customer specifications.
- Monitor curing oven temperatures, coating viscosity, process parameters, and quality records.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and testing.
