About the Role
African Queen Marketing Management is hiring a hands-on Platform DevOps Engineer to build and operate the infrastructure foundation for a customer-facing SaaS platform in Dubai. You will own cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, incident response, and secrets management.

Responsibilities
- Manage cloud infrastructure and environments (development, staging, production)
- Implement infrastructure as code
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, build gates, deployments, and rollback
- Set up monitoring, alerting, logging, tracing, and observability
- Handle incident response, root cause analysis, and operational runbooks
- Manage secrets, key rotation, and privileged access control
- Perform backup, recovery, and restore testing
- Manage GitHub, CI/CD runners, build agents, and engineering workflow integrations
Requirements
- Hands on DevOps, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or SRE experience
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP
- Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tooling
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Linux and scripting skills
- Experience with observability tools
- Experience with secrets management and production incident response

Overview
- We are building a scalable technology platform for device financing, control, and lifecycle management.
- We are looking for a hands on DevOps engineer to move the platform from development into controlled, secure, and reliable production operation.
- This is a builder role working closely with engineering, architecture, product, and security stakeholders.
What you will own
