Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures with high clinical standards
• Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and treatment planning
• Explain surgical options, risks, expected outcomes, and recovery processes to patients
• Perform pre-operative and post-operative patient management and follow-up care
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, OT staff, and multidisciplinary medical teams
• Maintain accurate medical records and surgical documentation
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, patient safety standards, and hospital protocols
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives

Requirements

• Medical Degree with specialization in Plastic Surgery
• DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as Plastic Surgeon
• Minimum 5 years of relevant surgical experience post-specialization
• Strong expertise in aesthetic surgical procedures and patient management
• Excellent communication and patient consultation skills
• Ability to work in a high-end patient-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications

• UAE/GCC healthcare experience preferred
• Strong portfolio of aesthetic surgery cases
• Experience in Day Surgery / Ambulatory Surgical Centers
• Subspecialty expertise in facial aesthetics, body contouring, breast surgery, or reconstructive surgery is an advantage
