Overview

We are looking for highly skilled and patient-focused ICU & UCC Nurses to join our One Day Surgery Hospital in Dubai.

The ideal candidates will have strong critical care and urgent care experience, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to provide high-quality nursing care in fast-paced healthcare environments.

Salary

AED 7,000 – 10,000 per month

Salary package will depend on experience, DHA licensing status, certifications, and UAE market exposure. (ae.indeed.com)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill and urgent care patients
  • Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and response to treatment
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions as prescribed
  • Assist physicians and multidisciplinary teams during emergency and critical situations
  • Operate and monitor critical care equipment and patient monitoring systems
  • Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and DHA standards
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
  • Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 2–5 years of ICU, Emergency, or Urgent Care experience
  • Strong critical care assessment and emergency response skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in high-acuity environments
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • UAE healthcare experience preferred
  • ACLS and BLS certification mandatory
  • PALS certification is an advantage
  • Experience in Day Surgery / Hospital settings preferred
