Job Description
Operate, monitor, and maintain hotel central plant room equipment while supporting safe, functional facilities and guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and operate chillers, boilers, heat exchangers, pumps, water treatment systems, and BMS.
- Maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas for physical functionality and safety.
- Respond to guest calls and team member work orders.
- Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and identify required follow-up work.
- Document inspections and repairs and flag issues needing further attention.

- Demonstrate hospitality, integrity, teamwork, ownership, accountability, urgency, and discipline.
