Responsibilities
- Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Delight our guests: Greet guests upon arrival and provide friendly and efficient service to enhance the shopping experience
- Drive retail sales: Highlight promotions and provide product recommendations to enhance the guest experience and maximize profitability
- Be a product expert: Offer guidance on merchandise, styling, and pricing to help customers make informed purchases
- Process transactions with care: Accurately total and handle guest payments using the point-of-sale system; manage cash transactions, process credit and debit cards, issue change, and redeem gift certificates/cards
- Package and fulfill orders: Wrap merchandise and prepare orders for shipments
- Monitor inventory: Assist with stock management and ensuring proper merchandise supply levels
