Are you passionate about driving operational excellence in a manufacturing environment? As our Plant Process Manager, you will play a key role in safety, product quality, reliability, efficiency, and environmental performance across our Bristol site. Leading a team of Quality and Process Engineers, you'll deliver continuous improvement initiatives, optimise manufacturing processes, reduce costs and energy consumption, and support problem-solving activities that enhance plant performance, product quality, and overall operational effectiveness.

Lead, coach, and develop the Process and Quality Engineering team, creating a high-performing and collaborative culture.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, cost, energy performance, and overall plant productivity.
Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to resolve process and quality issues.
Monitor process performance, analyse production data, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement.
Degree qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing, Chemistry, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline.
Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment, with a strong focus on team development.
Experience driving process improvement, operational excellence, cost reduction, and performance optimisation.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong understanding of safety, quality, and environmental standards within manufacturing.
Experience analysing production data and leading improvement projects to deliver measurable results.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems such as ERP or MES platforms.
