Assist the plant manager in the investigation of technical and operational issues.
Engineer and implement efficient solutions for correction and prevention of recurrence.
Assist with equipment component repair specifications necessary to improve safety and production efficiency and reliability.
Monitors efficiencies and engineers a solution for improved performance

Create, update and/or review PHA’s, P&ID’s, MOC’s and SOP’s for continuous improvement of overall plant operation and efficiency.
Create, review and approve job plans in the Maximo Maintenance module, necessary to improve efficiency and reliability.

Promotes and develops safe work behaviors through the use of existing policies and procedures and an emphasis on safety behavior management techniques.
Assists with safety incident investigations, including near misses, using root cause analysis leading to recommended corrective actions to eliminate recurrences
Ensures applicable regulatory (Federal and provincial) requirements are met and applicable training and recordkeeping is performed to meet departmental and location requirements
Supports and participates in the Airgas HSEQ & RM programs and objectives.
