Commercial Support Administrator

In this essential operational support role, you will bridge internal commercial processes with superior customer onboarding. Your daily mission will focus on five key pillars:

Seamless Customer Onboarding: Introduce new customers to Air Liquide, expertly guiding them through the initial integration process to elevate quality and customer satisfaction from day one.

Pricing Governance & Offer Alignment: Liaise closely with Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, and Sales Support teams to ensure pricing offers strictly align with standard price structures, contract frameworks, and corporate policies.

Accuracy & Processing Efficiency: Manage account creations and pricing updates within designated timeframes, maintaining total data integrity and procedural compliance.

Commercial Guidance & Advisory: Serve as an internal point of contact for the commercial team, providing clear guidance on pricing maintenance and compliance with Air Liquide policies.

Continuous Improvement (C-IMP): Partner with the IM Commercial Support Team Leader to identify and execute process improvements that streamline commercial workflows and enhance the overall customer journey.

Safety Stewardship: Operate in strict accordance with the Air Liquide Group’s safety principles, standards, policies, and operational procedures.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-minded communicator who excels in sales administration and customer support. You will bring:

Relevant Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer service, commercial support, or department-level administrative functions.

Precision & Detail Orientation: Exceptional attention to detail with proven capability in checking pricing consistency and executing complex administrative tasks accurately.

Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across cross-functional sales reps, internal teams, and leadership.

Task Management & Agility: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting without compromising quality or losing follow-through.
