- Cash Flow Forecasting & Commercial Planning
- Coordination with Development, Design, PM, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Legal & Construction Teams
- Sales & Marketing Launch Readiness Planning
- Client / Investor Progress Updates & Reporting
- Power BI Dashboards, AI Tools & Digital Reporting Initiatives
- EOT Reviews, Delay Analysis & Recovery Planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 8–12 years’ experience in Planning & Project Controls
- Experience working with a UAE Real Estate Developer
- Experience in Residential, Mixed Use, Villa & High Rise Developments
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI & Advanced Excel
- Understanding of Dubai Authority Approvals & Development Processes
- PMP / RICS / AACE / NICMAR qualifications preferred
