About the Role
A trusted metal fabrication company in Dubai is seeking a Planning Manager for aluminum and façade projects. You will lead project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring using Primavera P6 and MS Project, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and site teams.

- Lead project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring for aluminium and façade projects across design, fabrication, and installation stages
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project while coordinating with engineering, procurement, production, and site teams
- Monitor project progress, analyze delays, manage KPIs, and implement recovery plans to ensure timely project delivery
- Optimize manpower, materials, and resource allocation while supporting risk management, EOT analysis, and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Construction, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the aluminium façade, curtain wall, or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of façade systems, fabrication processes, and installation sequencing
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel
