Planning Engineer in the Others department.
Job ID: #02-2026.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering with MOHESR equivalency.
- Engineer’s license from Abu Dhabi Municipality.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in planning and scheduling in the UAE.
Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English are required.
- Arabic communication skills are an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project schedules and work programs using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
- Prepare baseline schedules, recovery plans, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to track project milestones.
- Analyze project delays and recommend corrective actions and mitigation plans.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
- Track project resources, productivity, and performance indicators.
- Assist with tender planning, resource planning, and manpower forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual requirements.
