Position: Civil Estimation Engineer.
Department: Engineering.
Job ID: #01-2026.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with MOHESR equivalency.
- Engineer's license from Abu Dhabi Municipality.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a civil estimation role in the UAE.
Knowledge and Skills
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors: water transmission pipelines, sewerage networks, pump stations, WTP, STP, RO plants, RCC reservoirs, and associated civil structures.
- Knowledge of cost estimation and rate analysis.
- Knowledge of tendering and bid preparation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities, and detailed cost estimates from tender drawings and specifications.
- Prepare cost estimates for water and wastewater infrastructure projects and associated civil works.
- Review tender documents, identify project scope, and prepare technical and commercial clarifications.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and perform rate analysis.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams during tendering.
