- Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6, Power BI, and Microsoft Planner
- Prepare Project Charter, WBS, KPIs, Risk & Opportunity Registers
- Identify and mitigate potential schedule risks and issues
- Conduct regular schedule reviews to monitor project progress
- Prepare and submit weekly progress reports
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Provide guidance and support to project team members on scheduling matters
- Draft formal communications related to project progress
Requirements
- Experience in project scheduling and planning in construction
- Proficiency in Primavera P6
- Knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Planner
- Ability to prepare project charters, WBS, KPIs, and risk registers
- Strong communication and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules using project management software, which includes Primavera P6, Power BI and Microsoft Planner.
- Prepare Project Charter, WBS, KPI’s, Risk & Opportunity Registers for the Projects.
- Identify and mitigate potential schedule risks and issues.
- Conduct regular schedule reviews to monitor project progress and ensure that work is completed on time.
- Prepare and submit progress reports on a weekly basis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure that materials and services are available when needed.
- Provide guidance and support to project team members on scheduling matters.
- Draft formal communications in relation to Project Progress.
