Role Overview
Locri Recruitment is hiring a Planning Engineer for a multidisciplinary architecture and engineering consultancy in Dubai.
The role supports planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, budget tracking, and delivery of complex regional projects.
The preferred project background includes large-scale towers, high-rise buildings, and hotel or hospitality developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project programmes, schedules, and budgets in line with project requirements.
- Monitor progress, delays, risks, corrective actions, programme performance, and budget adherence.
- Support Extension of Time claims, delay assessment, specifications review, technical drawing review, and material and cost estimates.
- Prepare progress reports, coordinate project and internal meetings, and communicate with managers, contractors, and project teams.
- Monitor processes and team performance, identify improvements, and support planning and scheduling software management.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and assist with efficient schedules across multiple projects.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling.
