Role Overview
An established international consultancy in landscape architecture, urban infrastructure, and sustainable design is seeking an experienced HR Manager.
The HR Manager will lead the HR function and support people strategy, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
This is a broad, hands-on HR leadership role working closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily workflow of the HR department and align HR strategies with wider business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, systems, and onboarding plans.
- Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, engagement, learning, and development initiatives.
- Manage performance processes and advise on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievances.
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends and recommend competitive programs.
- Ensure labour-law compliance, maintain accurate HR records, and advise management on HR matters.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior HR leadership position.
- Strong experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and compensation and benefits.
