Role Overview
Business Development Manager position with an established international consultancy.
Strategic role focused on expanding the company’s presence across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
The role supports architecture, landscape architecture, engineering, and wider AEC consultancy sectors.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 25,000–30,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with government and semi-government entities, master developers, asset owners, architects, engineers, and other AEC stakeholders.
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
- Monitor market trends and maintain market intelligence to identify upcoming project opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis and sector mapping to identify prospective clients and strategic opportunities.
- Develop and implement growth strategies covering new markets, sectors, and partnership opportunities.
- Support strategic pursuits from pre-RFP positioning and Go/No-Go decisions through proposal development and post-submission follow-up.
- Develop and maintain an active network of Centres of Influence across the UAE.
- Deliver client presentations and engagement sessions communicating company capabilities and value proposition.
