About the Role

- Prepare and develop the overall construction schedule and project execution plan
- Create and maintain baseline programs, look ahead schedules, and recovery plans
- Develop project timelines for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) activities
- Monitor project progress and identify delays, risks, and critical path activities
- Prepare and update weekly and monthly progress reports, S curves, and schedule analyses
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Conduct resource planning and monitor manpower and equipment utilization
- Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions to maintain project timelines
- Support project management with planning, forecasting, and reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with contractual milestones and project objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline
- 3–5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in EPC, Construction, or Oil & Gas projects
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
- Ability to independently prepare and manage complete project schedules
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- UAE experience is preferred
