Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all planning, scheduling, and cost control activities across engineering and construction projects
- Establish and maintain project master schedules, baselines, milestones, and resource plans using Primavera P6
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and budgets, identify delays or cost overruns
- Develop recovery plans and corrective actions to ensure project objectives are achieved
- Manage project cost control processes, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and KPI reports to senior management
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Project Management teams
- Review engineering deliverables and construction activities for consistency with schedules
- Lead PMO governance activities, project controls procedures, and reporting standards
- Conduct schedule risk analysis, delay analysis, and performance assessments
- Implement Earned Value Management and other project performance measurement techniques
- Support project managers in resource planning, workload distribution, and project execution strategies
Requirements
- Experience leading planning, scheduling, and cost control activities on engineering and construction projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management and project performance measurement techniques
- Ability to prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management
- Experience with schedule risk analysis and delay analysis
- Familiarity with PMO governance and project controls procedures
