Responsibilities
- Collect needed data and conduct proper analysis to develop detailed reports highlighting proposed sector/deputyship's strategy
- Communicate ZATCA's and sector/deputyship's approved strategic objectives and priorities to concerned internal stakeholders
- Support in the development of departmental annual operating plans and strategy accordingly
- Collect departmental strategic, operational and budgetary plans and consolidate them
- Develop and set KPIs and targets for sector/deputyship ensuring alignment with ZATCA's strategic objectives
- Ensure proper implementation of ZATCA's approved operational plans and support in identifying and resolving challenges
- Coordinate the implementation of cross organizational activities and initiatives
- Draft recommended action plans based on meetings outcomes and follow up on implementation
- Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures
- Train junior staff on different job activities to ensure transfer of know how
Requirements
- Experience in strategic planning and performance management
- Ability to collect data and conduct analysis for reporting
- Strong understanding of KPI setting and monitoring
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities
- Collect needed data and conduct proper analysis in order to develop detailed reports highlighting proposed sector/deputyship's strategy
- Communicate ZATCA's and sector/deputyship's approved strategic objectives and priorities to concerned internal stakeholders and support in the development of departmental annual operating plans and strategy accordingly
- Collect departmental strategic, operational and budgetary plans in line with the sector/deputyship's set strategic priorities, consolidate plans and coordinate with Strategy and Development sector to seek management approval
- Develop and set KPIs and targets for sector/deputyship ensuring alignment with ZATCA's strategic objectives
- Ensure proper implementation of ZATCA's approved operational plans and support internal sector/deputyship in identifying and resolving challenges in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders
- Coordinate the implementation of cross organizational activities and initiatives ensuring sector/deputyship's adherence and compliance to organizational mandates and escalate discrepancies when needed
- Coordinate with Strategy and Development sector and act as a focal point for business processes update ensuring alignment with ZATCA's guidelines, templates and strategic objectives
- Draft recommended action plans based on meetings outcomes, communicate it with relevant stakeholders and follow up on implementation of key decisions
- Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Help in solving escalated problems and provide needed support for junior team to ensure work is carried out in an efficient manner
- Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure cases/issues are closed properly
- Train junior staff on the different job activities to ensure transfer of know how, when applicable
