What Makes the Role Meaty
- Own supply planning and all planning metrics for high-growth categories.
- Prepare business cases to improve availability or inventory efficiency and align leadership.
- Drive initiatives with Category, Logistics, Production, and Sourcing stakeholders.
- Design and execute policies and norms for tactical inventory deployment.
- Design metrics and dashboards to improve deployment-performance visibility.
- Define scalable automation for daily planning processes and work with technology and product teams on long-term fixes.
What We Hope You Have
- At least 1 year of experience in supply planning and an understanding of supply chain operations.
- Ability to use spreadsheets, R, Python, and AI tools for daily analysis.
- Ability to use PowerPoint, Data Studio, or Power BI to present analysis.
- Experience working with large datasets and statistically interpreting them for business decisions.
- Ability to articulate analysis into a business story.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, team-management, and people skills.
- Entrepreneurial execution style, minimal need for hand-holding, and comfort with dynamic and ambiguous situations.
- Customer-first problem solving with the ability to quantify risks to customer metrics.
