What you will do
- Own the Business Analytics strategy and roadmap.
- Partner with senior leadership across growth, customer, marketing, supply chain, and operations.
- Prioritize business problems and establish standardized metrics, measurement frameworks, and data governance.
- Build frameworks for diagnosing performance, identifying drivers, recommending actions, and measuring impact.
- Translate complex analysis into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Embed AI into analytics workflows, automation, insight generation, and decision-making.
- Partner with Data Engineering and Data Platform teams on the analytical data ecosystem.
- Build experimentation, forecasting, measurement, and self-service analytics capabilities.
- Lead and develop analytics teams and establish operating standards for the function.
Qualifications
- Have 7 or more years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, or similar roles.
- Have experience building and leading high-performing analytics teams.
- Have influenced important business decisions with senior leadership.
- Have strong commercial thinking and knowledge of growth, customer behavior, unit economics, and operational levers.
- Have strong technical fundamentals including SQL, data analysis, and modern data platforms and pipelines.
- Have hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, and AI tools for analytical workflows and problem-solving.
- Have experience with experimentation, measurement frameworks, forecasting, business intelligence, and data quality.
- Have experience hiring, coaching, and developing analytics talent.
- Have worked in a D2C, e-commerce, quick-commerce, consumer internet, or high-growth environment.
Operating expectations
- Challenge assumptions with data while applying commercial judgment and understanding business trade-offs.
- Create the next layer of analytics leadership and proactively identify business opportunities.
- Stay accountable beyond the insight by partnering with business teams through execution and measuring delivered impact.
- Maintain rigorous standards for data quality, metric integrity, and analytical decision-making.
