Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and execute piping system pressure testing activities in accordance with project specifications and international standards
- Ensure all piping systems are mechanically complete, inspected, tested, and certified ready for commissioning and handover
- Support safe and efficient hydrostatic and pneumatic testing while maintaining full compliance with project quality and HSE procedures
- Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and commissioning teams to achieve timely system completion and turnover
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, or EPC/PMC project environments
- Proven experience in piping test pack preparation, coordination, or QA/QC documentation control
- Strong understanding of piping systems, isometric drawings, P&IDs, and line lists
- Familiarity with piping codes and standards such as ASME B31.3 and pressure testing documentation requirements
- Experience with QA/QC processes, documentation control, and turnover systems
- Proficiency in completion management tools such as WinPCS, SmartPlant, or similar systems
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to interface with multidisciplinary teams and client representatives

Role Overview

Expected Qualifications
