The Project The Alkimos Desalination Plant Project includes the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the plant with first production in 2028. Works include marine works and tunnels, seawater intake system, a seawater reverse osmosis desalination plant, groundwater system, drinking water storage and pump system, supported by civil, electrical and bulk earthworks.

The Role You'll install, assemble and maintain piping systems across the site, including the seawater intake system, desalination plant, pump stations and groundwater infrastructure. Day to day, you'll read and work from technical drawings and isometrics, fit and align pipework, install valves and fittings, and work alongside welders, boilermakers and other trades to keep the job on track.

Trade qualification as a Pipe Fitter, Mechanical Pipe Fitter, or equivalent hands on experience

Strong understanding of pipe installation, alignment, valves and fittings

A genuine safety first attitude

Experience on large infrastructure, water treatment or industrial projects, highly regarded
