About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Lead Document Controller or Quality Manager, you will maintain project document control systems, manage revisions and workflows through the EDMS, and support the wider delivery team with records and correspondence. Based from our Northbridge office on a 5/2 roster, you will own the accuracy of project documentation, working closely with project, client and supplier teams. This is a genuine chance to build your profile with ACCIONA ahead of a growing regional WA project pipeline.
Key accountabilities for the position will be
Manage document control plans and procedures across the project
Upload, distribute and revision-control project documents in the EDMS
Issue, track and expedite document workflows and outstanding items
Audit document control activity and support quality spot checks
Maintain accurate, up-to-date project records and reporting
Partner with project, client and supplier teams on document requirements
Identify and resolve process issues, recommending improvements
Required Skills and Competencies
- Experience in document control on construction or infrastructure projects
- Working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Strong attention to detail in document numbering and revision control
- Confident communicating with project, client and supplier stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing document workflows with minimal supervision
