The Wave Stage 1 will deliver 19km of dual-track heavy passenger rail between Beerwah and Caloundra, a legacy project for the Sunshine Coast. ACCIONA leads the CoastalTraX consortium, alongside Georgiou, Mott MacDonald and Aurecon delivering the greenfield works ahead of Brisbane 2032.
About the Opportunity
As Asset Information Management Lead, you'll bridge engineering, construction, digital delivery and operational asset management for the project. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you'll build a single source of truth for project and operational information through RIB CX, enabling a clean digital handover to Queensland Rail's asset management system. It's a rare chance to shape the digital foundations of a rail project from inception through to operations.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and govern the project's asset information strategy
Define Asset Information Requirements from project inception
Set information standards, governance and data quality controls
Align asset hierarchy and classification to ISO 19650
Maximise RIB CX to connect assets, documents, models and workflows
Drive progressive assurance and validation checks through delivery
Deliver handover dashboards to support operational readiness
Capability & Experience
Tertiary qualification in engineering, asset management or related field
Experience in asset information management on major projects
Working knowledge of ISO 19650 information management
Proficiency with RIB CX or similar CDE/asset platforms
Strong stakeholder engagement across engineering and operations
