Physiotherapist (In-Hospital & Homecare)

Key Responsibilities

• **Patient Assessment:** Evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional abilities, and medical histories to diagnose musculoskeletal and neurological issues.
• **Treatment Planning:** Design and implement personalized, evidence-based physical therapy programs (e.g., post-operative rehab, sports injuries, geriatric care, neurological rehab).
• **In-Hospital Care:** Conduct therapy sessions using the hospital’s advanced rehabilitation equipment and modalities.
• **Homecare Services:** Travel to patients' homes to provide high-quality, personalized physical therapy sessions for individuals who are unable to visit the hospital.
• **Progress Tracking:** Document patient progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and educate patients and their families on home exercises and ergonomics.

Requirements & Qualifications

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy / Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• **Licensure:** Valid professional license/registration to practice as a Physiotherapist from the relevant health authority.
• **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or specialized rehab center.
• **Flexibility & Mobility:** Full willingness and ability to provide **Homecare** visits. *(Possession of a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle is highly preferred).*
• **Soft Skills:** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
