Responsibilities
- Prepare endoscopy rooms, equipment, and instruments before procedures
- Assist physicians during upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, and other endoscopic procedures
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and handling of endoscopy equipment according to infection control standards
- Provide patient education and instructions before and after procedures
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and patient safety protocols
- Coordinate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Monitor inventory and ensure the availability of endoscopy supplies and equipment
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Valid DHA License (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Endoscopy Nurse in a hospital setting
- Previous work experience in Dubai hospitals is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of endoscopy procedures, patient preparation, and recovery care
- Thorough understanding of infection control and endoscope reprocessing standards

Qualifications & Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced clinical environment.
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience in the UAE.
- Previous experience in Dubai hospitals or healthcare facilities is preferred.
