Job Summary

  • Clinica Sabah Group is seeking a highly motivated and professional Patient Coordinator & Surgical Sales Executive (Female).
  • Responsible for managing the complete patient journey for cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures.
  • Requires excellent communication, sales, and patient relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients throughout their cosmetic surgery journey.
  • Handle inquiries related to plastic surgery and aesthetic procedures.
  • Coordinate patient consultations with plastic surgeons and medical teams.
  • Explain surgical procedures, treatment plans, expected outcomes, preparation requirements, and recovery information.
  • Present and discuss surgeon approved treatment plans, quotations, packages, and available payment options.
  • Follow up with prospective patients and support them throughout the decision making and booking process.
  • Convert patient inquiries and consultations into confirmed surgical procedures and appointments.
  • Build strong relationships with patients to enhance trust, satisfaction, and patient retention.
  • Coordinate pre operative and post operative patient communication.
  • Achieve monthly surgical sales targets, consultation bookings, and conversion KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information within hospital management systems.
  • Prepare regular reports related to patient inquiries, consultations, bookings, and surgical sales performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Female candidate preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital, plastic surgery center, aesthetic clinic, or healthcare facility in Dubai.
  • Previous experience in cosmetic surgery sales, surgical patient coordination, aesthetic medicine, or healthcare sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding and experience in handling cosmetic surgery patients and treatment journeys.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills.
  • Strong sales ability with proven skills in negotiation, persuasion, and patient conversion.
  • Ability to work in a target driven environment and achieve sales KPIs.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient/customer management systems.
