Responsibilities
- Assist in day to day running of the PE department including administration tasks, displays, and supporting lessons
- Monitor and maintain PE equipment and storage
- Support PE staff in creation of lesson resources
- Contribute to school squad provision
- Prepare resources/equipment for lessons under direction of class teacher
- Perform basic administration duties for the PE department
- Communicate with external agencies regarding fixtures/sports events
- Maintain PE department booking sheet
- Liaise with leadership in PE to ensure support is matched to need
- Maintain the learning environment in PE
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification
- Minimum 1 2 years Teaching experience
- Previous experience working with students whose first language is not English
- Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child
- Recent and consistent involvement in extra curricular activities
- Clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check

Job Overview
- Aldar Education is seeking an outstanding Teacher of Physical Education to join Muna British Academy in Abu Dhabi, commencing in the 2025/2026 academic year.
- Due to operational requirements, we are currently seeking a female teacher for this position.
- Muna British Academy relocated to a state of the art campus in Saadiyat Lagoons community in August 2025.
Key Tasks
- Assist in day to day running of the PE department taking responsibilities for administration tasks, displays and supporting lessons.
- Monitor and maintain the PE equipment and storage.
- Support PE staff in the creation of lesson resources.
- Contribute to our extensive school squad provision.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
- Minimum 1 2 years Teaching experience.
