About the Role

- Execute product and lifestyle photography for the website across all countries, following brand photography guidelines
- Handle on set lighting, composition, styling support, and image capture to brand quality standards
- Deliver shot lists to plan and schedule
- Support hero campaign and seasonal shoots under Sr. Photographer or Art Director direction
- Produce always on product imagery for PDP, CRM, and merchandising
- Execute tethered capture workflows with clean metadata
- Self QA images on set and during selection to ensure they meet brand photography guidelines
- Partner with retouching and post production on image finishing
- Maintain image file organisation, metadata, and handoff discipline
- Build photography craft through daily practice, reference study, and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent portfolio and experience)
- 2 4 years in product and/or campaign photography
- Expert on set lighting and composition
- Strong command of studio equipment (strobes, continuous lighting, modifiers)
- Proficient in Lightroom, Photoshop, and tethered capture software (Capture One)
- Understanding of color management and file handoff specs
- Craft curious, detail oriented, collaborative

Job Purpose
- The Photographer executes product and campaign photography under the direction of the Sr. Photographer or Art Director.
- This role handles on set lighting, composition, styling support, and image capture to brand quality standards.
- Success looks like: consistent, on brand product imagery delivered on time, visible craft growth across lighting and composition.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute product and lifestyle photography for the website across all countries, following brand photography guidelines.
- Handle on set lighting, composition, styling support, and image capture to brand quality standards.
- Deliver shot lists to plan and schedule.
- Support hero campaign and seasonal shoots under Sr. Photographer or Art Director direction.
- Produce always on product imagery for PDP, CRM, and merchandising.
- Execute tethered capture workflows with clean metadata.
- Self QA images on set and during selection to ensure they meet brand photography guidelines.
- Partner with retouching and post production on image finishing.

- Deliver selects with clear notes to retouching partners.
- Support colour and tone consistency across shoot days.
- Own RAW asset archival and handoff to Photography Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or related. Equivalent portfolio and experience also considered.
- 2 4 years in product and/or campaign photography. Strong portfolio across e commerce, lifestyle, or campaign work required.
- Expert on set lighting and composition.
- Strong command of studio equipment (strobes, continuous lighting, modifiers).
- Proficient in Lightroom, Photoshop, and tethered capture software (Capture One).
- Understanding of colour management and file handoff specs.
- Craft curious, detail oriented, collaborative. Comfortable working at pace in production environments.
