Job Purpose
- The Florist supports the preparation, arrangement, and execution of daily floral orders while learning Floward’s standards of design and quality. This role is hands on, ensuring accurate replication of designs, proper care of flowers, and assistance in event setups.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble bouquets and floral designs as per Floward’s specifications.
- Replicate designs with consistency and attention to detail.
- Maintain freshness by handling and storing flowers correctly.
- Assist in tracking inventory and reporting damaged or unusable stock.
- Support senior florists during large orders, offsite events, and promotional activities.

- Build technical skills in floral artistry under the guidance of senior florists.
