- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to collect information and follow up on pending actions
- Conduct basic research, benchmarking, and reference gathering to support ongoing initiatives
- Assist with meeting notes, summaries, and follow up communications
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Design, Marketing, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working on multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Purpose
- The Design & Innovation Intern supports the Design & Innovation team with day to day coordination, project tracking, administrative tasks, and cross functional communication.
- Provides hands on exposure to product development, packaging, design projects, and innovation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day to day administrative tasks, documentation, and project coordination
- Maintain and update project trackers, timelines, action lists, and documentation
- Assist in organizing project files, presentations, references, and samples
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Assist with meeting notes, summaries, and follow up communications
- Track deadlines, approvals, and project milestones
- Conduct basic research, benchmarking, and reference gathering
- Assist with consolidating information from multiple stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Design, Marketing, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Interest in design, packaging, product development, or premium consumer brands is a plus
