- Maintain accurate and up to date records of pharmacy inventory using specialized management systems
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming pharmaceutical supplies and medications
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to prevent shortages
- Ensure proper storage conditions for all medications, including temperature sensitive items
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to fulfill medication requests
- Prepare and process paperwork for returns, recalls, and expired medications
- Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and pharmacy policies regarding medication storage and handling
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 3 years of experience in pharmacy or healthcare inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceuticals
- Strong organizational and record keeping skills

Job Description
- We are seeking a detail oriented and efficient Pharmacy Storekeeper to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and organizing our pharmacy's inventory, ensuring the proper storage and handling of medications and medical supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of pharmacy inventory using specialized management systems
- Receive, unpack, and store incoming pharmaceutical supplies and medications
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to prevent shortages
- Ensure proper storage conditions for all medications, including temperature sensitive items
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to fulfill medication requests

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Pharmacy Technician certification preferred
- 2 3 years of experience in pharmacy or healthcare inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceuticals, including drug classifications and names
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical storage requirements and regulations
- Excellent record keeping and documentation skills
- Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with pharmacy staff and suppliers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Physical capability to lift and move boxes of supplies as needed
