Responsibilities
- Take insurance approvals while on duty
- Enter prescriptions on e-claim system
- Organize and check prescriptions before submitting to insurance department
- Accommodate pharmacists' concerns regarding insurance matters
- Ensure accuracy and no duplication in e-claim system
- Assist with JAWDA documentation
- Answer telephone promptly and courteously
- Comply with information security requirements
