Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in internal databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify, review, and correct data for accuracy.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis tasks.
- Follow data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
- Resolve data inconsistencies with team members.
- Perform regular backups to preserve data.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- One year of data entry process experience is required.
- Attested or certified university documents in the UAE are required.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.
Employment
- The job types are full-time and permanent.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
- Candidates must reliably commute to Al-Ayn or plan to relocate before starting work.
