Responsibilities
- Process insurance approvals while on duty and report dispensed prescriptions to the insurance department.
- Enter prescriptions into the e-claim system and check for mistakes or duplications.
- Organize prescriptions by checking and counting them before insurance submission.
- Address pharmacists' concerns regarding insurance matters.
- Assist with JAWDA documentation, including prescriber interactions, archiving, and counselling forms.
- Answer the telephone promptly and courteously.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the Direct Manager and comply with information security requirements.
Required documents
- Attested university certificate from UAE MOFA is required.
- Academic Qualification Recognition Report is required.
- The role requires working in Al-Ayn.
Employment and pay
- The position is full-time and permanent.
- Pay is up to AED 2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person in Al-Ayn.
