- Monitor patient health outcomes and adjust prescriptions as necessary in conjunction with medical staff
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff and patients regarding medication safety and wellness
- Maintain and manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste
- Stay informed about new developments in medications and pharmacy practice to continually enhance service delivery
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution
- Active pharmacist license in Saudi Arabia
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical experience in Saudi Arabia preferred
- Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical guidelines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Commitment to continuous education and staying current in the pharmacy field
