Manage the personal shopping department for exclusive luxury retail customers.
Drive personalised product selection, sales growth, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Develop the personal shopping strategy, plan, and projected budget.
- Create promotional concepts with other business units.
- Build customer relationships, recommend products, maximise sales, and resolve concerns.
- Engage key customers with new-arrival updates, previews, promotions, and store activities.
- Share customer insights with Marketing, Buying, and Planning and support customer-led buying.
- Maintain the exclusive-customer database and protect customer information.
- Build market networks and relationships to grow the customer database.
- Analyse performance reports to identify commercial opportunities.
- Guide, motivate, and develop staff for higher-level roles.
Education and experience
- High School or O Levels qualification.
- 5–7 years of retail sales experience with premium brands.
