Role Overview
Manage and develop a retail team to achieve revenue targets while maintaining brand image, operational compliance, and customer satisfaction.
The role is based in a luxury retail store environment for Bloomingdale's.
Functional Responsibilities
- Drive sales, monitor performance, and identify commercial opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service, resolve complaints, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Minimize stock loss and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain visual merchandising, brand presentation, cleanliness, and store standards.
- Monitor sales per square foot and analyze stock and performance information.
- Track market trends and competitor activity and provide recommendations.
- Prepare stock takes and support sales promotions and brand activities.
- Maintain professional relationships with business partners and share customer feedback with relevant teams.
People Management
- Provide leadership and direction to team members to achieve goals and objectives.
- Coach and motivate team members, improve performance, and support development for higher-level roles.
Education and Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience successfully running a profitable retail store.
